The Thompson Institute's clinical services ensure the community benefits today from the latest in mental health science. The services draw on our strengths in neurobiology, lifestyle factors, and youth mental health, to provide excellent mental health support to the community.

EMERALD wellbeing program

EMERALD is a comprehensive, evidence-based program for people experiencing early signs that their mental health needs proactive attention. This could be due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic or other life changes that have left you feeling ‘not quite yourself’, such as feeling down, worried or lonely.

Myndset youth program

Myndset provides evidence-based, youth-friendly, timely, psychological services and clinical care coordination to young people with or at risk of developing a complex or severe mental illness. The service empowers young people to improve their health and wellbeing.

iHelp digital tool

Our iHelp app and digital tool, connects people to mental health support on the Sunshine Coast. iHelp is an initiative of our Alliance for Suicide Prevention community-based education, engagement and research program
