The QCF - Sunshine Coast Community Foundation Bursary - Maroochy Achievers Award will support a student undertaking undergraduate study at the University of the Sunshine Coast from funds made available from Queensland Community Foundation to the Sunshine Coast Community Foundation. The bursary will be available to students enrolled in an undergraduate degree at UniSC Sippy Downs campus and will provide assistance to a student with academic potential and demonstrated financial need.

Please Note:  This bursary is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the bursary will not be awarded.

Eligibility

• full-time undergraduate student enrolled in any undergraduate program at UniSC Sippy Downs campus
• minimum grade point average (GPA) 5.5
• Permanent Resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder

Selection criteria

• financial need
• academic merit
• leadership skills demonstrated through academic, extra-curricular or community involvement
