Secondary school is a time of change and challenge for many students. Our Careers programs focus directly on raising and maintaining the aspirations of young people by illuminating the pathways available to them in realising their optimal potential.

In partnership with schools, TAFE, the University and the wider community, we aim to deepen the students' sense of self, and challenge them to assess their suitability for a range of opportunities that lie in wait for them after their school journey ends and the rest of their life begins.

We currently facilitate the following initiatives:

• EMERGE - for Year 7 to 10 students
• The Smith Family Work Inspirations - for Year 9 students
