Occupational Performance Coaching (OPC) is an evidence-based, goal-orientated intervention to support clients in numerous contexts. The client is supported by the therapist, with the client's agency taking precedence to select goals, analyse situations, make decisions about actions to be taken, and evaluate the success of those actions. OPC is a specialised and structured approach that combines education and support in a person-focused manner.

Join us for an insightful session, with visiting scholar Associate Professor Fiona Graham of the University Otago, who will be sharing her most recent research updates on the use of OPC.

The session will be hosted by:

Dr Laine Chilman, Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, UniSC
Sunshine Coast Paediatric Special Interest group

Dr Laura Burritt, Associate Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, UniSC

Olivia Furness, Lecturer in Occupational Therapy – Clinical Education, UniSC
Sunshine Coast OT Regional Network

Please note: This is not OPC training course, nor should it replace formal OPC training. It constitutes 3 hours of general continuous professional development (CPD) with an email confirming your attendance for your CPD log.
