UniSC to celebrate amazing alumni achievements

9 Aug 2022

The search is on for the University of the Sunshine Coast’s most remarkable graduates.

The annual Outstanding Alumni Awards are open to more than 25,000 UniSC graduates who have completed their studies two or more years ago, to celebrate those who are excelling in their field of expertise, and making an impact locally, nationally or around the world.

Nominations are open in categories for Outstanding Alumnus of the Year, Regional Achievement, and the Rising Star award for graduates aged 35 years or younger.

Last year’s inspirational Outstanding Alumnus winners (pictured) were Dr Shamala Thilarajah, an international physiotherapist who specialises in helping people recover from strokes, and Dr Michael Duggan, chief operating officer of a national provider of laundry and shower services for the homeless.

Nominate here by 31 August.
