General Terms
- UniSC may amend these terms at its discretion or withdraw the Scheme at any time without notice. Students who have already enrolled in an eligible program and paid for a course under the Scheme will continue to have the benefit of the Scheme for the duration of that eligible program, subject to these terms.
- Discounted fees under the Scheme are only available for the first enrolment in a course and will not apply to any future enrolment in the same or replacement course.
- An eligible program under the Scheme must be completed within the maximum time for completion of that eligible program as currently set out in the UniSC Enrolments and Graduation - Procedures.
- Any discount on course fees under the Scheme cannot be redeemed for cash or used in any other way than as a discount on course fees.
- UniSC will use best endeavours to maintain a current list of eligible programs on the UniSC website, however, does not warrant that the list is complete or accurate at any particular time, or that a particular eligible program will be offered each semester.
- The Scheme will operate under, and in terms of, the UniSC policy framework, including but not limited to the Enrolments and Graduation - Procedures, Student Fees and Charges – Governing Policy, and the Student Fees, Charges and Refunds – Procedures.
- To the extent permitted by law, UniSC is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage sustained in connection with the Scheme.
- UniSC may terminate the discount on course fees if the recipient a) does not enrol in a course in the proposed semester of commencement, b) has their enrolment cancelled or suspended for any reason, or c) exceeds the maximum time for completion of an eligible program.
