You can use this form to seek support for yourself or raise concerns about other UniSC students or a staff member. You can decide how much information you would like to share and if you would like to remain anonymous. Your report will not be treated as a complaint. Complaints can be made via the Feedback and complaints webpage.

When Safer Communities receive this form, they will contact you. During this confidential call, an experienced advisor will talk to you about your concerns, and discuss what support you may like, including safety planning, academic adjustments, and options for resolving your concerns such as informal or formal resolutions or complaints.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday 8.30am–4.30pm, and we will respond in 24 -72 hours.
