This interventional study grounded in Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (CHAT) aimed at supporting teachers in achieving transformative practice by addressing what matters to students through teacher professional learning. A research interest is therefore being developed in understanding the relationship among what matters to students, curriculum policy and teacher learning and how this influences innovative practice.
Isaac is a teacher educator with over a decade of teaching experience in both Ghana and Australia in the field of science education. He is passionate about teaching and is interested in providing a friendly, supportive and engaging environment for students learning.
