In this course, you will explore the foundations of corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation, learn to develop, design and gather support for new business model initiatives, propose ways to integrate business model innovation initiatives into an organisation, and determine how to assess the outcomes and performance of corporate entrepreneurship and business model initiatives.
