The Tenancy and Welfare Officer develops and delivers information about practical resources for USC students around accommodation, financial literacy, budgeting, and personal advocacy. They assess the tenancy and welfare assistance requirements of individual students, and make referrals to internal services such as counselling, career planning, and disability services; or to external community agencies. The Tenancy and Welfare Officer also supports staff by providing advice and information about resources that can benefit students whose education participation is impacted by daily living matters.
