Dr Noni Keys lectures in communication, and sustainability.

After completing her PhD in the area of community response to climate change, Noni coordinated first, second and third year sustainability courses while collaborating on national and international research through the USC Sustainability Research Centre.

Noni is passionate about helping students recognise their capacities for critical thinking and responsible action, especially as it applies to sustainability issues such as climate change.

Citation Award, 2017, Commonwealth Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) which was awarded to Noni as part of the COR109 team in recognition of a collaborative transdisciplinary team culture, which facilitates an exemplary supportive tertiary education experience for first year students through scholarly and informed curricula and resources.

Australian Government Office of Learning and Teaching extension grant: ‘Transformative climate change sustainability focused community of practice’, awarded to Dr Dana Thomsen and Dr Noni Keys, 2013-2014
