Role
Tania is responsible for developing the University’s long term vision for the successful implementation of the USC High Performance Student Program. This includes developing, implementing and coordinating a program, inclusive of academic and non-academic benefits, that encourages flexibility for high performance athletes and performers to integrate academic achievements with their external goals. Tania is also responsible for promoting established and newly developed initiatives to support high performance students to students, staff and external stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the program.
