Hi! My name is Dahlas Rogers, I'm 24 yrs old and a swimmer. I train under Chris Mooney at the USC's High Performance Swimming Program. I have been swimming for as long as I can remember and I have loved every minute of it. My ada being an Olympian himself, as well as my sister Lana being an elite iron woman, you could say elite sport is in my blood. I have been lucky enough to have the guidance of my dad throughout my swimming journey but it definitely hasn't been easy.

Training over 22 plus hours in and out of the pool every week, plus living at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast it does takes it toll and I'm so lucky to have access to the great facilities USC has to offer, including the HPSA program. They not only offer support towards my training but as well as my study life too. I recently represented Australia in Italy to compete at the World Uni Games and without the help of Tania in terms of assisting me with organising it all, I definitely would've gone mad! A big thank you goes out to HPSA Coordinator Tania and the crew for doing such an amazing job lending a helping hand to all of us student athletes.
