Dr Selvan Pather is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at USC, where he is responsible for the development of teaching and research in the Mechanical Engineering program. Dr Pather has taught extensively at universities in Australia and overseas, and has received numerous awards for teaching excellence, including a citation from the Australasian Association for Engineering Education. He has a wide range of research interests, with a strong focus on the application of engineering (particularly robotics) into healthcare.
