Project: Panel of experts for conducting workplace investigations, conflict resolution and other workplace conduct matters
USC is seeking to enter into a contract to engage an expert panel of providers experienced in the following:
- Workplace investigations including bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and fraud and corruption (including corrupt conduct and public interest disclosures);
- Conflict resolution including conducting mediations and facilitated discussions, conflict coaching, and conflict diagnostics;
- Other specialties in the management of workplace conduct such as facilitated training, systemic issues reviews or forensic analysis.
