Grievance details

I am seeking further consideration of an issue raised in relation to my WIL after having tried to informally resolve the matter (you must make every effort to resolve the matter informally before moving to a formal grievance).

As this was not successful, I am submitting a formal grievance related to WIL.

Clearly state the details of your grievance, include relevant times, dates, people you spoke with (including if they are USC staff or staff of a placement organisation, locations etc. Please list only the facts in the order that they happened.
