IT systems maintenance | 3 July, 8–11 July and 15–18 July

To ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of our IT systems, maintenance is scheduled to take place:

On Sunday 3 July:

Start: 2am Sunday 3 July

End: 2pm Sunday 3 July

This maintenance may result in brief outages to some of USC's library services and systems (at all campuses and off site), including Discover searching and requesting, course readings, Research Bank and Google Scholar USC Library links. You can still access ebooks, journal articles, streaming videos and other online resources through the Library's databases. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the Library.

During the weekends commencing 8 July and 15 July:

Start: 5pm Friday 8 July

End: 8am Monday 11 July

and

Start: 5pm Friday 15 July

End: 8am Monday 18 July

Maintenance on these weekends may result in brief outages to some of USC’s systems and network, including Mediasite. Brief outages to the USC Gympie and USC Fraser Coast network will mean Student Lab computers at these campuses will not be available for use during this time.

 

Please ensure that you have offline copies of any files that you need before the maintenance begins and save your work often.

Where possible, IT Services only disrupts systems required during this time and aims to bring them back online as soon as is practical.

You will be advised, via email, when the work is complete.
