Services restored: Microsoft 365 Service Outage

Microsoft 365 services have been restored after yesterday's global outage.

As of Wednesday 6 October, all of the Microsoft 365 services are now operating normally.


Tuesday 5 October

While the majority of USC services are operating as normal, you may experience intermittent issues with the following applications:

• Office 365 Online including webmail and online calendars
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft SharePoint

These issues are currently being investigated by Microsoft but there is no ETA on a resolution. You will be advised when these apps are operating normally.
