USCs flagship campus is located at Sippy Downs on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast is one of Australia’s prime tourist destinations as well as a great place to live, offering a relaxed lifestyle centred around pristine white-sand beaches, stunning hinterland and subtropical forests and plenty of sunshine. The area also boasts diverse cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues as well as local markets and friendly residents who enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle.

The buildings at Sippy Downs campus have received 30 awards for planning, architecture and construction. All buildings on campus focus on environmentally sustainable design with strategies for passive lighting and natural ventilation to minimise the use of non-renewable energy.
The campus offers many outdoor spaces that students and staff share with the kangaroos and other wildlife that also call USC Sippy Downs home.

USC is also home to the Sunshine Coast’s first professional sporting team - The Sunshine Coast Lightning. Formed in partnership with Melbourne Storm Rugby League, The Lightning competes in the national netball league.
USC Fraser Coast is located in the central business district of beautiful Hervey Bay. Hervey Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world - you can get up close to the magnificent humpback whales as they come out to play. It is also the gateway to the stunning, world heritage listed Fraser Island.
USC Gympie is based in the historical township of Gympie with its many heritage listed buildings and surrounded by a region great for camping, canoeing, four-wheel driving and horse riding.
USC SouthBank is located in the South Bank Parklands, Brisbane’s premier lifestyle and cultural precinct on the southern banks of the Brisbane River. Set in 17 hectares of lush parklands, South Bank is a major attraction of Brisbane with world-class eateries, stunning river views and riverside promenades, a man-made beach and lagoon and a cultural centre including a museum, performing arts centre and art galleries.
USC has study hubs at multiple locations including Noosa, Caboolture and North Lakes as well as specialist campus’ for International students in Melbourne and Sydney.

A new University precinct is being built at a former paper mill site at Petrie, 22km North of Brisbane. The campus will open to students from 2020 and will be a full-service campus that will become equal in size to Sippy Downs in the first 10-15 years.
