Vaccines help to provide increased immunity to a disease. To immunise against both COVID-19 and influenza, a combination vaccine is being developed that will contain vaccines against both COVID-19 and influenza in one injection.
We are looking for males and females who:
- are between 50 and 70 years old;
- are in good general health;
- have received both COVID-19 vaccinations or have had COVID-19 at least 8 weeks prior to the first vaccination visit;
- can attend all scheduled visits to the clinic (8 times over 6 months).
There will be additional screening criteria discussed over the phone with research coordinators.
The study will involve up to 3 vaccinations using an intramuscular injection (similar to receiving a flu vaccine) spaced between 2 to 3 months apart.
Eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time and expenses related to the study.
