Vehicles

The University encourages the purchase of environmentally responsible vehicles that are fuel efficient and minimise the impacts to the environment. The University fleet includes 4 cylinder vehicles, where feasible, which reduces the use of fossil fuel and greenhouse gas emissions.

The majority of the University's buggies are purpose-built solar powered models that do not require electrical recharging, under normal operational situations.

We now have four electric car charging stations at Sunshine Coast campus, these are located in Car park 11.
